Manhattan Management Company (MMC) and Clayton Borough formulated an agreement in the year 2000 which permitted MMC to construct 350 rental units of which 46 units would be affordable.  The community, named "The Village at Berk's Walk," will be constructed on a 33.5 acre parcel located directly adjacent to our existing property known as Rustic Village.
